India is a land of diversity. The varied climate and geography makes India a wonderful land of natural beauty. India has deserts, mountains, lakes, hill stations, backwater network, historical sites, etc to entertain the visiting tourists. Here are lists of five must visit destinations of India:

Taj Mahal: Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of Medieval World. It is situated in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It is considered as one of the most beautiful architectural creation of Mughal era. It was constructed by Shah Jahan in loving memory of his beautiful wife Mumtaj Mahal. The Taj is made of white marble. The marble was specially brought from Rajasthan. This is one of the most visited monuments of India. The interior of the monument is decorated with colorful murals and intricate carving on marble.

Goa Beaches: Goa is dotted with numerous palm sized fringing beaches. These beaches are known for their warm mood. Thousands of tourists from India and outside India visit the beaches of Goa. Some of the famous beaches of Goa are Anjuna, Baga, Dona Paula, Miramar, etc.

Kerala Backwaters: Kerala is very famous for its long network of backwaters. The regions famous for backwaters are Cochin, Alappuzha, Kollam, Kumarakom, etc. Houseboat touring is the best way to explore the virginity of Kerala Backwaters.

Rajasthan: Rajasthan is the historical land of India. It is famous for historical forts and palaces. Some of the famous forts and palaces of Rajasthan are Junagarh Fort, Amber Fort, Mehrangarh Fort, Jaisalmer Fort, Chittorgarh Fort, City Palace of Jaipur and Jodhpur, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Lake Palace, Monsoon Palace, etc. Rajasthan is also famous for exhibiting exotic sand dunes and wide species of flora and fauna.

Shimla: Shimla, the Queen of Hill Stations is famous hill station of India. It is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. Nature has bestowed Shimla with stunning natural beauty. The snow-capped mountain, green velvety covering of vegetation, colorful wild flowers, sounds of rippling glaciers and tweets of singing birds make the surroundings very soothing and wonderful. The Moon in My Bedroom

Can you see the moon anytime in the day? No, the  moon  appears only after sunset. You are wrong. They appear all the time. We can see it only when it is dark. However, leave the fact aside as you can see the moon day and night that too in a bedroom. I have moons in my bedroom. My 3-year-old son discovered this. He is an astronomer, lol. There are four round-shaped ceiling lights in my bedroom, the four moons for my son. Yes, his bedroom is his planet. Kids are imaginative. The Heavenly Honeymoon

After the wedding, Om went to Ladakh on his posting. Pinki remained in the village. Seldom, he visited home to be with his family. They have two kids. After retirement, he decides to spend the rest of his life with his family. The kids are now adults. The daughter got married. The son got married and went for a honeymoon with his wife, Radha. Pinky is still hesitant to Om. She wanted to go on a honeymoon; she expressed this to her daughter-in-law. Radha booked the tickets.
